Foodwatch #1
I’m writing down everything I eat this week in the hopes that I’ll realize my eating habits are awesome and that I should keep on keepin’ on.
Day 1:
1 Toasted everything bagel sandwich with honey ham, baby swiss, spinach, spicy mustard and garden vegetable cream cheese.
1 Roast Beef 12” sub with provolone, green peppers, black olives, lettuce, oil & vinegar and salt & pepper.
1 Spinach salad with croutons, SPAM cubes and thousand island.
1 Beer
1 Glass Chocolate Milk
